Authors retain copyright over their articles and grant the journal Arts Academy the right of first publication. Articles published in the journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License, allowing others to distribute the work, provided proper attribution is given and a reference is made to the original publication in Arts Academy.
Publication on the Internet
Authors are permitted to disseminate their works in open access (e.g., on their educational institution's website, personal site, or academic social networks) immediately after publication in Arts Academy. This promotes broader academic discussion and increases citation frequency of the work.
Responsibility of Authors
Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of the data presented, as well as for the correctness of citations, references, and the list of sources used in their articles.
No fees for publication
The journal Arts Academy does not charge any fees for the publication of articles.
Acceptance of the Agreement
In accordance with Chapter 23, Article 396 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the submission of an article to the editorial office of Arts Academy by the author constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms outlined in this copyright agreement.
The editorial board of the "Arts Academy" scientific journal is updating its approach to publication formatting to ensure transparency and compliance with international standards. In issues from Volume 1 to Volume 12 inclusive, the statement "© Қазақ ұлттық хореография академиясы, 2024" was placed on the pages of individual articles. Going forward, this statement will no longer be used, allowing the journal to more accurately reflect its policy that authors retain all rights to their works.
